Special purpose machine applies PVC integrated style screw coated with chromium. It keeps plastic raw material low temperature, good heat reliability and high efficiency plasticizing.
Equipped with PVC special purpose air hood of barrel, more accurate and reliable temperature can be realized which greatly prevent the raw material yellowing and property change.
The machine is designed to feature wider metal cover especially catering to rigid PVC mould. Thus it is convenient for operators to amount mould, decrease customer's purchase cost, increase operation safety.
