Usage Characteristic
The series of equipment has taken set flush, fruit filling, fruit Law of filling, capping into one, which is applicable to all kinds of fruits, fruit drink bottling and also can be used for mineral water, pure water vapor and other non-beverage filling.
The equipment can be met the hot-fill requirements under 85 degree, the pipeline of filling valves and materials being passed in and out has no sanitation corners with washing device for sealing before closing cover. It is used two filling techniques during filling fruit, fruit pulp filling, which could be adapted to a different volume and the amount of the different requirements. Use magnetic torque type capping heads, automatic grasping cover, screw cap, immutability torque capping function. Man-machine interface using touch-screen control, PLC program, frequency conversion control technology have the functions of free bottles of them off cap, lack of lid shut-down.
