SINOTECH QGF-900 barrel filling machine is mainframe for produce 5 gallon barreled water. It consist of frame, water tank, pipeline, water pump, air tank, transmission machine, electric machine, can finish empty barrel washing, filling, capping through several washing, fit quantify filling and auto wear lid and capping. The whole working process was control by PLC, realize stability washing effect, accurate filling capacity and perfect capping effect.

Full-auto cover putting out machine(without include)

BG series full-auto lid pull off machine is a special equipment design for put off of 5 gallon machine. It can insure the lid don't broken and can reused. The machine is control by computer, so the capacity can adjust, outfit of lid put off can adjust by air tank, it solve the problem about different high of barrel and wide of barrel mouth , improve the success rate of pull out lid.
 

Full-auto brushing machine 

The machine is before equipment of washing of barrel filling production line. Exterior brushing and spurt with water, rotate brush can carry out cleaning the outside barrel, washing quality is stable.
 

Barrel auto-loading machine

The washed empty barrels are imported to auto barrel loader work place, when the barrel loader's counter take count of 8,the barrel block air tank start to work,stop empty barrel, then air tank for push empty barrel start work,restoration after push barrels to barrel turn over frame,at this time barrel air tank start work,make the barrel at plane state and cut in support of barrel,principle axis of air tank for washing barrel start to work,empty barrels moved with chain to one work place,then handstanded,then the barrel loader restoration,then repeat the processing.
