Characteristic of the whole machine
Machine adopts conveying structure of supporting bottom of the bottle, and the use of filling valve lift, so that makes the entire line of conveying the bottle more reliable. Simply adjust the height of rinsing, filling, capping of different bottle shape and a small amount of change parts. Therefore, it is faster and more effort for changing bottle-type ,it uses negative edge-type filling with fast filling speed, high positioning accuracy of liquid; spring-loaded washing pliers hands, bottles flip with the track 180°automatically to wash with high efficiency; this machine uses aluminum capping way of four pieces of capping knife, two in the Capping thread, twice in the bottom sealed and do not wound cover, seal tightly and reliably; rotary cover sorting device uses air force cover sorting with no damaging cover surface, entering uses feeding bottle screw so that make the machine more stable operation.
