According to our rich experience for 20 more years and thousands of practices, this line is mature already. In order to solve the feeding material into extruder, we improve the design of force feeder, what's more, we plus a big storage for crushed material. We do this because crusher has time to rest for a while and then go on working smoothly.
This line consists of belt conveyor, crusher, big storage, single screw extruder, twin screw extruder, cooling water tank, pelletizer, final product silo.
