Detailed Description

1. Electronic control system: Japanese mitsubishi PLC computer and human interface (Chinese or English) control, color touch operation screen operation, modular temperature control.
All process Settings, changes, retrieval, monitoring, fault diagnosis and other functions are implemented on the touch screen without point contact working principle and components are durable.
2. Hydraulic system: proportional hydraulic control, equipped with imported famous hydraulic valve and oil pump, stable and reliable.
3. Plasticization system: high efficiency plasticizing and mixing screw, ensure the plasticization is sufficient and even.
4. Speed regulating system: variable frequency speed adjustment + alloy steel hard tooth surface reduction box, speed adjustment is stable, energy saving, low voice, durable.
5. Open mold mechanism: the open and locking die sliding mechanism USES ball linear guide rail with precision of the micrometer level.
The positioning precision is high, easy and energy saving, and it is not deformed.
Patented products: two - rod, single - cylinder bidirectional synchronous open die center locking mechanism, good product stability.
6. Ejection: independent single (large) oil bar ejection, ensure the same degree of Angle of the shot material, avoid the non-synchronous phenomenon of double cylinder.
In this paper, the thickness control function of the pressure wall of 10 sections of the same technique is used to improve the width difference of the blanks due to vertical extension, and effectively improve the uniformity of the wall thickness of the products.
7. Die head: all are used in 38CrMoAlA,42CrMoV,35CrMo and other excellent materials, which are made of precision machining and heat treatment.
