3. Plasticization system: high efficiency plasticizing and mixing screw, ensure the plasticization is sufficient and even.
4. Speed regulating system: variable frequency speed adjustment + alloy steel hard tooth surface reduction box, speed adjustment is stable, energy saving, noise low, durable.
5. Open mold mechanism: independent type open-closing die, locking mould and sliding mode sliding mechanism all adopt ball linear guide rail, the precision reaches the level of the emblem.
The positioning precision is high, easy and energy saving, and it is not deformed.
Patented product (no pull rod open die and locking mould system) : the four-corner self-locking locking mechanism, the locking force is large and the force balance is easy to install the mold, the space is large.

6. Ejection: independent single (large) oil cylinder ejection, ensure the same degree of concentricity of the shot material, avoid the non-synchronous phenomenon of double cylinder.
