Automatic Injection Blow Molding Machine
The machine is a full automatic injection molding equipment, suitable for processing PP, PS, PE, SAN, PMMA, PC, PETG, PEN and other thermoplastic, widely used in pharmaceutical, health care products, food and beverage, cosmetics, etc..One Mold with Multi-caivity for automatic continuous production technology, using three horizontal station rotary device, hot runner system and multi-stage injection molding system,injection molding, blow molding, demolding three position and action to ensure equipment of high efficiency and energy saving operation, ensure smooth product bottle, the bottleneck of inner and outer diameter and thread high precision, no waste is the standard equipment of modern enterprise environment-friendly production.

Machine Features
1, The clamping framework adopts single-crossbeam, double poles, which enlarge the space of setting mould, much easier to install mould.
2, Unique PREFILL technology and variable displacement pump pressurizing technology are applied to hydraulic system to achieve high efficiency and more reliable.
3, Specialized control system: Adapting the specified controller and software, after completion of machine's commission and parameter setting, all the settled parameters can make use of SD card for storage and re-install into other machines, it is really very convenience for function testing and after service.
4, Energy saving: Refer to our testing result, this system can save minimum 35% of energy consumption at any machine. And also it can joint together with special boards and software installed to achieve the totally energy consumption and unit product energy consumption, and help the customers to understand the production cost.
5, Stripper station adopts long-distance digital laser sensor for detection, to protect mould safety
