Single Shaft Plastic Shredder for Recycling Application

Shredder is suitable for recycling wide range of material. It is an idea machine for plastic, paper, wood,fiber,rubber, organic waste and a wide range of non metallic material. With fuction of siemens PLC control system, it is possible to control start,stop, automatic reverse sensors to protect the machine against over loading and jamming.

The blade on theshaft works with the fixed blade to cut and tear the material for shreddingThe blade is brought back to the crushing area to continue shredding.and the material with the discharge particle size falls from the mesh toachieve the purpose of shredding. The size of the blade and the size ofthe mesh are selected according to the user's requirements, and thescreen can be replaced according to the discharge particle size requirements
