The V rotor, specially developed by SINO can be used universally and is made of solid material.Its aggressive material feed with up to two rows of knives guarantees high throughput with low power requirements.It can be equipped with hardened steel cutting knives in edge lengths of 30 mm and 40 mm.These can be turned over several times in case of wear which drastically reduces maintenance costs

 

The hopper fulfills several tasks at once.First the material to be shredded is fed through it-manually,mechanically or by conveyor belt The generous opening makes it easy to fill even very large parts. Application

The motor drives the cutter shaft to drive the cutter to rotate rapidly. Thematerial entering the cutting chamber is pushed by the feeder to themiddle of the moving cutter shaft and the fixed cutter. The blade on theshaft works with the fixed blade to cut and tear the material for shreddingThe blade is brought back to the crushing area to continue shredding.and the material with the discharge particle size falls from the mesh toachieve the purpose of shredding. The size of the blade and the size ofthe mesh are selected according to the user's requirements, and thescreen can be replaced according to the discharge particle size requirements
