01 Conical twin-screw extruder
SNJZ Series conical twin screw extruder has the features of good plasticization,good mixingstable extrusion,high outputwide application and longlife service.
This type extruder can produce PVC pipe,PVC WPC window and door profile PVC floor,PVC ceiling and wall panel PVC edge bandPVC cable trunking PVC foam board, PVC granule.
Load raw materials into the hopper.
Cut the materials into granules.
The granules will be cooled during the air transportation.
To select suitable size granules.
The granules finally arrive at the storage silo

1. Weighing: Raw materials shall be weighed according to the process. The higher the accuracy, the better.
2. Mixing: Mix the raw materials evenly according to the formula of plastic products.
3. Raw material are fed into the barrel of the extruder through the hopper.
4. The screw rotates continuously, and then the plasticized material is extruded from the twin screw extruder and cut into granules in the hot cutter.
5. After air cooling and forming, the plastic products is completed.
6. Granules are sent to the storage silo.
