1. Euro-style retangle barrel, reflux refrigerationchannel is optimized and disposed, which makes temperature difference in C areas smaller. Innovated design of heater tightened style insures high efficiency of heat tansfer and high longevity of heater. The barrels are equipped with bimetallic liners( 45# steel + α101), processing heat treatment. HRC is between 60 and 62.
2. The screw elements and kneading blockes are designed accurately, precised processed by our workers in our plant. The material of screw elements is high-speed steel W6Mo5Cr4V2, or 38CrMoAlA , under nitrogen treatment, HRC is between 58 and 60.
3. Reducing and distributing gearbox of extruder reduces the motor speed to the speed of the screw shafts and distributes it to the two output shafts.
The gearbox consists of :
Involute gear teeth couplings between the output shafts and screw shafts
Integrated thrust bearings assembly, radial bearings of the output axis are NSK products.
