Double shaft shredder

Is designed for high throughput rates and lends itself to the shredding of almost all types of waste - especially for: Plastics. Plastic lumps, pipes, automotive scrap, blow-molded materials (PE/PET/PP bottles, buckets, pallets, and containers), as well as paper, cardboard, wood, and light metals. Numerous machine options ensure optimum adaptation to any application. The shredder can also be ideally integrated as a pre-shredder in a two-stage process solution.

Precise cut with high throughput with profiled V rotor

The V rotor, specially developed by SINO, can be used universally and is made of solid material. Its aggressive material feed with up to two rows of blades guarantees high throughput with low power requirements. It can be equipped with hardened steel cutting knives in edge lengths of 30 mm and 40 mm. These can be turned over several times in case of wear, which drastically reduces maintenance costs.

Intuitive operation thanks to PLC electrical control

To ensure that the electronics are optimally matched to the machine, we design, build control cabinets by ourselves. We only use high-quality components. Intuitive touch interfaces guarantee quick adjustments. Functions such as setting the ram cycle or stop ensure a high throughput. The built-in overload protection also prevents defects in the machine.

No material bridges due to free-cutting hopper design

The hopper fulfills several tasks at once. First, the material to be shredded is fed through it - manually, mechanically, or by conveyor belt. The generous opening makes it easy to fill even very large parts. A decisive factor for shredding, however, is its special design, which is rounded at the front and thus effectively prevents material bridging. Even with bulky parts, the shredder cuts itself free. If required, hopper extensions and lids with gas pressure springs are available.

Independence Double shaft

The machine is equipped with two independent power systems to maintain low-speed high-torque production and avoid shaft winding and shaft clamping.

Fixed Blade

The fixed Blade line cutting of the shredder ensures that the error will not exceed 0.05 mm, which can make the moving blade and the fixed blade on the main shaft of the equipment adjustable by a minimum of 0.5mm. The imported materials ensure that the materials are pure and reliable.

Manufacturer extends the motor portfolio for the most important world markets such as Europe, USA, Canada, China or Russia. It has the CE, UL, CSA, CCC, EAC, ISI and UA certifications and is available with a power range from 0.12 to 45 kW. As standard, the UNIVERSAL motor is equipped with a temperature sensor (TF).

Main shaft

The overall forging of the main shaft will not break and deform when the equipment shreds high-strength materials or works for a long time. After the production of professional processing equipment such as lathes and CNC machining centers, the overall error of the main shaft will not exceed 0.05mm, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment and ensuring that the distance between the fixed and movable tools can be adjusted at least 0.5mm

Shredder Blade: Moving Blade
The special four-corner design of the shredding motor knife can be used repeatedly to save user costs. The imported knives ensure that the material SKD11 is pure and reliable. After many heat treatments and vacuum cryogenic treatments, the service life of the knives is guaranteed. Taking PE pipe head material as an example, it can crush more than 1000-1500 tons.
