ST-series Single Stage Air cooling granulator line is designed specifically for the regeneration and granulation of waste plastics such as HDPE, LDPE, and PP. This innovative machine is equipped with a quick motor-operated filter-screen-replacing unit and automatic temperature control, ensuring a seamless and efficient recycling process.

The granulating crusher of our machine utilizes an adjustable speed motor, allowing for pelleting and extruding at the same discharging speed. This synchronized operation guarantees a high output, steady performance, and favorable economic benefit. Operating this unit is a breeze, making it suitable for users of all levels of expertise.

Our machine utilizes waste film as raw material, which is transformed into high-quality particles through the air cooling heater cutter. The result is a clean and pure product, free from any gas or water content. To further enhance efficiency, our machine incorporates a forced feeding mechanism, speed changer, and automatic temperature control instrument.
The working principle of our machine involves cutting and cooling the heated plastic material, followed by blowing the material through a fan into a separate box or screening equipment for secondary processing. This ensures a thorough and comprehensive recycling process.
