The screen printer was designed for small diameter objects such as candle, pearl pen, pencil, mark pen, board pen, signature pen, eyebrow pen, labium cream, Injector, chopsticks and high speed screen printing.

Features of main devices

1. Auto loading with loading tower.

2. Auto dust cleaning: dust cleaned by compressed air. Can be installed with electric precipitator with extra cost.

3. Two printing lines in one: the machine is combined with 2 printing lines, printing at the same time. The speed can be much faster and the cost is much lower. The 2 lines printing are controlled by 1 operator only. And the 2 printing lines can print different products or different images at the same time.

4.Single color or multi color optional: the single color machine can be upgraded to multi color printing by adding the registration system.

5. PLC control, touch screen display.

6. UV curing and IR drying: machine can be installed with UV curing or IR drying, or with both drying so that the operator can choose any of them. The machine can be stopped anytime to add ink or clean the mesh, and the printed products will not be burned in the oven.

7. Cooling system: Products are cooled down before unloading.

8. Auto unloading with unloading slot. Unloading container attached.

9. Machine is all electric driven except dust cleaning, no compressed air requirement.

10.Machine built with safety cover to be CE demand.
