Product Description

ST30D plastic dropper bottle injection blow moulding machine adopts three cylinder for ensure stable clamping force & two pumps guarantee pressure.

Description of machine.

A). Adopt YUKEN valves & pumps, JINGHUA semi-computer controller & Siemens motor, FES TO air valve.
B). Applying in DUCTILE CAST IRON can bear high strength not deforming, plate smooth for horizontal injection.
C). Adopt single beam & double pillar design, which highly enlarge the rotation space for 180mm cosmetic bottles & large mould, also mould assembling & removing easier.
D). Applying in double assistant cylinder helpful to main injection cylinder, higher speed mould clamping/opening & save energy as well as providing stable clamping force.
E). Adopt two pumps, one is for hydraulic action & other for mould clamping, which guarantee the 400× 300mm big mould required clamping force.
F). Applying in six-poles motor, lower noise & save energy
