PVC Twin Screw Plastic Granules Extruding Granulator Machine
SINOTECH PVC granulation line is composed of PVC mixing, force feeder, extruder, strand mold, cooling motor, dryer, and storage hopper. Material through extruder plasticity and into strands, after being extruded from the extrusion machine, the fluid is cut by the cutting system and be introduced to storage by the cooling and conveying system. The pellet size can be customized. It is mainly used for PVC powder as raw material to make grains and has the features of novel design, compact structure, reasonable layout, stability, facilitating maintenance and debugging, and low power consumption

1. Weighing: Raw materials shall be weighed according to the process. The higher the accuracy, the better.
2. Mixing: Mix the raw materials evenly according to the formula of plastic products.
3. Raw material are fed into the barrel of the extruder through the hopper.
4. The screw rotates continuously, and then the plasticized material is extruded from the twin screw extruder and cut into granules in the hot cutter.
5. After air cooling and forming, the plastic products is completed.
6. Granules are sent to the storage silo.
