The equipment is a fully automatic assembly machine of lotion spray pump and lotion pump, which is mainly developed and manufactured for the spray industry. This equipment is mainly a 6-piece fully automatic assembly machine for the head, compass, transparent cover, gasket, pump core, and insertion tube. The size of the compass can be adjusted. At present, the production capacity can reach 60-90 units per minute, and the operation is far simpler and more flexible than previous equipment.
Equipment features:
1. Dual channel design to ensure production capacity;
2. All products have detection functions in place;
3. The entire product is loaded, assembled, inspected, and discharged to ensure that the surface of the product is free of
scratches and oil stains;
4. Separate qualified and unqualified products;
